CallCenterQA – CallCenter QA is a mystery shopping company that provides quality assurance (mystery shops) for call centers, with some as well for online shops, and on the application, they ask if you are a homeowner, if you would allow in-home estimate shops as well. They only hire in the US, you must be at least 18 years of age; however, no experience is necessary. The work consists of completing a telephone mystery shop and then completing a brief online feedback form. Per their website, calls are typically 5-10 minutes and forms take a few minutes to complete, and for that you would receive $5 and paid within 7 business days. As with most mystery shopping services, it’s not likely that this would be steady or regular work, as you will receive shop opportunities based on your profile and the company’s needs. From their home page, click on the “employment” tab or click here for their online application.
